While the school was taking what it felt was necessary precautions to prevent an incident, they banned "backpacks, athletic bags, purses or briefcases." So until this situation is investigated and resolved, I am assuming there will be no homework, gym class, or feminine products, unless all these items can fit in your jeans pockets.
