According to Northern Virginia soccer coaches, the referees aren't doing their jobs correctly and do not make the right calls. These mistakes interfere with the games' outcomes. And here's the reason why...the number of games per night exceeds the number of experienced refs. There is about 60 games a night, so finding a qualified and trained ref is hard to come by. One suggestion is an evaluation system for the refs, so each knows where he or she stands and can improve his or her problem areas. This will hopefully ensure accurate calls in the future.

It's no longer called "Halloween." Now it's "Fall Festival." The principal banned masks and costumes because it makes it difficult to identify people. THAT'S THE POINT OF A COSTUME! The principal is also researching other ways to ensure her students don't have fun...ever.

A cafeteria fight broke out, and the principal used her best judgement by diving on the top of the pile. After realizing she wasn't at a Rage Against the Machine Concert, she was unanimously voted out of the position. Hopefully the next principal isn't as athletic.

The bus driver stood by as a stanger boarded the bus to hit a kid that flipped him off earlier. You would hope that the only adult on the bus would protect the safety of his passengers, especially if they are kids. Maybe he just figured that little brat got was was coming for him.

The article does in fact pluralize the word 'gun.' Meaning, not only did he deem it appropriate to bring in one, but multiple guns to school. Was he preparing for war with middle school kids? He was caught when we was found cleaning out the barrels of his shotguns when he was supposed to be at a meeting about school safety.
