You know it's a dangerous sign of the times when small towns in Maine are having problems with students 'grinding' at dances. If you're unfamiliar with this style of dance, let's allow the principal from this school to explain- it "...generally involves a boy grinding his crotch into a girl’s behind." Well said. Until he gets Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers to perform, I don't think he will soon get his wish of students dancing while standing at arms length apart.

They say things come in three's. These teachers certainly haven't done anything to dispell that myth. One is a repeat offender, another had a special fling at Disney World, and the third was caught with weed while having sex in the back of her Honda Pilot. Is this really why some people become teachers? If so, we really have our work cut out for us to reform education.

Basically, the paraphrased story is: A couple kids pulled a goof on a couple other kids during lunch. The incident was documented and handled by the school. Another kid put a story on a website to parody the situation. FoxNews then took it upon themselves to report the story, based on the satirical site, causing the town to be in an uproar.

So what I've gathered is, even if schools try to do the right thing, students still somehow pay the consequences. Oh, and never trust your news.

It came this far that the principal had to make it a point to ban kids from farting. I would have loved to heard that announcement. You know there's some embarrased fat kid right now who drips beads of sweat everytime he thinks he might cut the cheese in class by mistake.

If I went to school here I'd get everyone to wear 'Who Farted?' shirts everyday, just to take things a step further.

It's getting harder and harder for poor familes to reach any level of happiness. The free-lunch system is set up for people who can't afford to get Lunchables and Capri Suns every day. Yes, occasionally people scam the system and also fall behind in payments, so we punish them by giving them crappy meals.

But again, it's a budget thing. The schools are losing money because of bad debt. Just charge the rich kids more. By the time families figure out what's going on you'll be in the green again can spend it back on warm lunches.
