If tardiness is the biggest problem this school faces, then I'd say they're in pretty good shape. The fact that 200 students can organize themselves and pull off a stunt like this, makes me think they have excellent team-building skills.

I guess a penny has no value at this school. What's more troublesome is that these students got a couple days detention for helping stimulate the school budget. It amazing how punishments can be handed out when there is absolutely no written rules stating the proper way to pay for a pizza boat in the lunch line.
